What payment fees does easykare charge?
easykare charges a 1.5% application fee on payments processed through the platform, on top of Stripe's standard 2.9% + $0.30. You keep the rest, paid directly to your Stripe account.
What is included in the Core plan?
Core includes the full booking, calendar, AI receptionist, intake, notes, payments, analytics, and follow-up workflow for one solo practice, plus one dedicated local SMS number for reminders and notifications.
How many SMS messages are included?
Core includes 250 SMS messages per month. Additional SMS usage is billed at $0.02 per message.
Can clients call the included phone number?
Not at launch. The included number is for SMS messaging only, including reminders, confirmations, notifications, and client text replies. Voice calling and call forwarding are not included in Core today.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
You'll get a reminder email 3 days before your 90-day trial ends. If you don't add a payment method, your account is paused (not deleted) — your data is safe for 30 days.
Is there a setup fee or cancellation fee?
