What is the difference between Core and Pro?
Core gives you the full AI receptionist, scheduling, payments, and analytics. Pro adds deeper session management — session notes, voice dictation, AI-generated summaries, care programs, and the full intake form builder.
When do I need the Clinical plan?
Clinical adds a compliance layer on top of Pro — encryption at rest, audit logging, BAA coverage, and HIPAA/PHIPA retention policies. If you run a regulated practice (physical therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, telehealth counseling, or massage therapy) the Clinical plan is required. Non-regulated practices (esthetics, lash, fitness coaching) can use Pro without it.
What payment fees does easykare charge?
easykare charges a 1.5% application fee on payments processed through the platform, on top of Stripe's standard 2.9% + $0.30. You keep the rest, paid directly to your Stripe account.
How does SMS usage work?
The 90-day trial and both Core and Pro plans include 750 conversational SMS messages per month. Additional conversational SMS is $0.02 each. Operational booking texts (reminders, confirmations, intake links) are separate and not counted against this limit.
What happens at the end of my free trial?
When your 90-day trial ends, your account is paused — not deleted. Your data is kept. Add a payment method anytime to reactivate and pick up exactly where you left off.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. If you downgrade from Pro or Clinical to Core, session notes and care program data are preserved — they just won't be accessible until you upgrade again.
Is there a setup fee or cancellation fee?
